Hotel Bookings

We will help you reserve a room in Mumbai (and in India- see below under "Travel Assistance") no matter what your budget. If you give us your requirements including length of stay, preferred location in Mumbai and pricing guideline(see below), then we will help you find suitable accommodation.

Please note the following pricing guidelines for different categories of hotel:
BUDGET- up to Rs 1,000
LOWER MID RANGE- Rs 1,500 to Rs 3,800
UPPER MID RANGE- Rs Rs 5,500 to Rs 9,000
TOP RANGE- above Rs 13,000

Payment requirements depends on the hotel and the season. As a general rule, payment of one night is required as a deposit.

By booking with us, you have the added guarantee of knowing that if there is a problem with the hotel that they are unable to resolve satisfactorily, then we will speak to them. Our office is situated in Colaba where a large number of hotels are located.

We only select hotels that offer value for money for your budget. We visit the hotels including its rooms, and we ask for feedback from our prior customers to ensure that only suitable hotels are recommended.

For most hotels, we ensure that what you pay will not be more than the listed price, since we obtain our commission from the hotel directly. If this is not the case and we have to charge a fee (which is generally 10%), we will tell you and give you a break down of this amount. In all cases you have the option to pursue the booking or not when you have received this information.

If you book a hotel in Mumbai through us, we can arrange an airport pick up in an air conditioned car for only Rs 800. There are certain conditions for this price- you need to book in a lower mid-range hotel or above for at least two nights.

Travel Assistance

We understand that there are many people who want to travel independently around India with their own itinerary but without the hassle of booking trains, coaches, domestic flights and hotels.

We can cater to this requirement, and can book trains, coaches, domestic flights and hotels for you. We can do as many or as few of these tasks as you wish, at very reasonable, transparent rates.

For the hotels outside of Mumbai, we can't personally visit them but we research them thoroughly and ask for feedback from prior customers.
