Shifa was born and raised in Mumbai, where she lives. With roots in both South and North India, she brings a diverse cultural perspective to her work. She graduated in Hospitality and Tourism Management from a Mumbai university and possesses strong communication skills. Shifa interned at Outbound Travel Mart and worked as a tour guide for nearly a year before joining Reality Tours & Travel.
Inspired by the organization’s commitment to community support through its non-profit Reality Gives, she enjoys curating itineraries that enhance her knowledge of the city.
In her free time, she loves traveling, watching movies, and learning about makeup. Her dream is to start her own business and explore various parts of India and the world.
